Volunteers of the Month: Heather Witt
Heather Witt
Heather has been part of the Nourish LA family since 2025. A supporter behind the scenes, she has introduced us to foundations such as the Culver City Rotary Community Foundation which led to a generous grant donation. As a successful, busy real estate agent we are grateful she chose to volunteer her time in 2026 on our food recovery team. On any given day, you can find her picking up from our partners all around town, delivering favorite treats to the kids at one of our shelter recipients, and recently speaking in our NBC money report news clip.
Since she came onboard, she has completed 81 pickups and rescued 2,034 lbs. These totals continue to increase every week. Thank you Heather for being one of our unsung heroes!
