This month we are celebrating Wellness Month by joining together for a day of Fitness & Fun at a local Playa Vista eFit Gym. Evolution Fitness provides personal training, small group classes, HYROX training, and even Physical Therapy. Whether you are just starting your fitness plan or a seasoned athlete, they will help you meet your goals.
