Dario joined the Nourish LA team during the government shutdown in 2025, motivated by a simple but powerful desire to help the community he lives in. What started as a way to step up during a challenging time has turned into a weekly commitment that we have come to rely on.
For Dario, the draw is our mission of sustainability. He is passionate about the cycle of food recovery—saving perfectly edible food from ending up in a landfill and ensuring it gets back into the hands of our neighbors instead. We are so lucky to have Dario’s consistent energy and his dedication to both our community and our planet!
