Volunteer of the Month: Hannah Lun

Hannah Lun

Hannah quietly joined the Nourish LA family in the summer of 2025. As a new volunteer she jumped in to try out different tasks and eventually found her way to sorting the dry goods. For anyone who has spent some time in this section, they know it can be a bit overwhelming. Hannah took on that challenge in stride and has made organizing these mismatched items look easy, even on some of our busiest days.

The true spirit of her volunteering has shined in these last few months as she stepped up, unassumingly sharing these skills, and showing new volunteers how to be pros in this section as well. This element of teamwork is key to the success of our food drive. Not to mention during distribution you’ll find her smiling and making sure every recipient has a plentiful pile of potatoes.
