Louise Laden
Louise first learned about Nourish LA from a fellow volunteer and joined our Sunday crew in December of 2025. Since that day, she has shown up just about every single Sunday with an unwavering commitment to our mission. Louise brings a beautiful, contagious personality to the site—always smiling, always positive, and constantly spreading joy to everyone around her.
She shares that what keeps her coming back week after week is a deep love for the community within Nourish LA and the positive impact the organization is making for our neighbors. Her dedication extends far beyond the distribution lines, too; most recently, Louise has taken it upon herself to transport buckets of compost from our site to local community gardens each Sunday. This incredible extra step perfectly demonstrates her deep commitment to sustainability and our environment.
