Venice Summer Fest Partnership
We kicked off the Summer Solstice in Mar Vista with a booth at the community street fair “Venice Summer Fest” on June 20th.
The street was full of positive energy from everyone that came out to shop and support local small businesses, listen to music, and enjoy the VIP Summer Club. We are filled with gratitude to Sarah Fisk, her Venice Fest team, and the VIP Summer Club participants. Nourish LA was selected as the partnering summer sponsor and a portion of all Summer Club ticket sales were donated to support our food programs. Our Santa Monica College Fellows also had a great time participating at their first Venice Fest bringing awareness to the community about Nourish LA’s Sunday food distribution and volunteering programs. A special thank you to our Fellow Nick, who provided hand-crafted 💚💙💛❤️ tote bags for our raffle.
