Dr. Michael Fitz has spent over 40 years as a teacher, engineer, and manager in both industry and academia. His career included being full professor at University of California Los Angeles and being the chief technology officer at a startup company leading a research group of twenty engineers. Dr. Fitz currently is the Director of the Engineering Career Pathway at Saint Mary’s Academy, is a proponent of Catholic social teaching, and has been involved in social justice ministries for the last fifteen years including being a founding volunteer of Nourish LA. |
